Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

Volunteer and see where this road takes you!
We need many volunteers just like YOU, person with a good heart who would take some time out of their busy schedule to care for others, to help a stranger, and to nuture the youth of America.
Please click here for our Volunteer Needed List. Many volunteer positions do not require you to become a member. However, as a volunteer staff member, you will be covered under our member liability insurance policy. You will enjoy many benefits such as access to all training and services provided by BYA; referrals to specialized training and services offered through our partner organizations; and a true opportunity to directly make an impact to many youth in our community.
Support Staff is the back bone of BYA programs and operation.
As a support staff member, you will be in charge of many different rewarding projects or special program development to support youth leaders and the entire organization in various committees. You might also have an opportunity to join a local sangha to learn and practice mindfulness, meditation, integral tai-chi, stress management, life-balancing skills, teamwork and leadership.
Thank you for your commitment, dedication and support to make a difference in your life and others. Together, we'll built a peaceful and happy society!
